Event Construction Team Leader (Ukrainian Speaking) Nijmegen

• Physical outdoor work in event construction, building tents and structures;
• Leading a maximum of 5 teams that consist of 4 Ukrainian workers at various event locations;
• Conducting progress meetings and making schedules;
• Communicating and reporting to the office and clients on-site;
• Being the point of contact for both your team and the client.

• Leadership experience in event construction;
• Experience in employee scheduling;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and good at English (at least B2 level);
• A valid driver's license (Category B);
• A VCA certificate (Safety for Operational Supervisors);
• Living near NIjmegen;
• Reliability and a hands-on mentality.

• Dynamic work activities;
• With regularity, work on weekends;
